Problem: At the center of all domestic violence is power, control, and typically financial abuse. Most victims lose so much control over their own life, that leaving becomes extremely difficult. Yet when the average consumer thinks of donating money to domestic violence shelters and/or organizations, the common response is, "Why should I donate? They should just leave."

Solution: To create awareness around the real life difficulties victims face when trying to leave a violent relationship, we created an interactive video that puts users in the shoes of a victim. Users can choose each move they make, but every time they try to leave, they are faced with a different obstacle that makes it almost impossible.
