Problem: We don’t just think about travel, we feel it. The way a trip is enlightening, daring, and inspiring are emotions we never forget. Yet all too often, the emotive element of travel is left out of creative work, resulting in a disconnect between hotel brands like Hilton and the life-changing impact a trip can offer.

Solution: We put the human story back in the stay by creating a video series of guests emotionally reflecting on their trip. Each episode evokes inspiration by tapping into the largest motivator consumers have to travel recreationally, the feeling of the experience. On-property amenities were naturally woven throughout each piece, creating brand-differentiation and a story that’s uniquely ownable to Hilton. I wrote the script, worked with my partner to cast on-screen and voice over talent, and coached the voice over talent in our recording session to ensure the final read was a quality, on-brand performance that brought the story to life.
